Functional Additives We Supply
MEO additive masterbatches are developed for critical performance: stability, safety, clarity, processability and compliance.
UV Stabilizer MB
Protects polymers from UV degradation, yellowing and brittleness in outdoor applications such as pipes, films and profiles.
Antioxidant MB
Prevents thermal and oxidative degradation during high-temperature extrusion and injection, maintaining mechanical strength.
Slip & Antiblock MB
Improves surface slip, reduces film-to-film blocking and supports efficient packaging and lamination lines.
Antistatic MB
Reduces electrostatic charge build-up in films, housings and electronic packaging — ideal for E&E and textile fibres.
Processing Aid MB
Increases extrusion stability, lowers die build-up and enables smoother melt flow at higher throughput.
Anti-fog MB
Prevents condensation inside food and agriculture films, maintaining optical clarity and shelf appeal.
Flame Retardant MB
Halogen-free or brominated FR systems available for cable jacketing, appliance housings and construction profiles.
Engineered to Perform Under Every Condition

Common Questions
What polymers are compatible with MEO Additive Masterbatch?
Our additive masterbatches are compatible with PE, PP, PS, ABS, PET and PVC. Universal carrier systems are available for multilayer structures.
What is the typical let-down ratio (LDR)?
Most additives work at 1–3% LDR, while UV stabilizer and flame retardant systems may require up to 5% depending on exposure class.
Are these grades food-contact safe?
Yes. Food-grade variants are available (FDA / EU 10/2011 compliant) for slip, antiblock, antioxidant and anti-fog packages.
Will additives affect colour or transparency?
No. Our formulations are designed to maintain colour accuracy, gloss and optical clarity at recommended dosage levels.
Can you develop custom formulations?
Absolutely. We tailor active load, carrier resin and processing behaviour for your extrusion, injection or blow moulding line.
